Design of a typeface that is reminiscent of old typefaces using ball terminalls (a fat round ball at the end of a stroke), some examples I used were the Onyx and Scotch typefaces, because I liked the reference to these older typefaces, rather then the Braggadocio or Jason Walcott‘s Cabernet, because I’m not too fond of their sixties feel.
I wanted to create a ultra fat monospaced display type that was a bit more modular. I am currently experimenting with implementing it in some of my print designs. (For instance the Hark Too sleeve for WORM).
